Returns Policy

We will replace any faulty goods if they are covered by manufacturer warranty. Delivery costs are non refundable. Refunds of product are subject to inspection Damaged or altered product will void any conditions and returns.

Goods are at the Customer’s risk once within the Customer’s possession or control. Duramax Batteries Ltd do not take any responsibility for goods after they leave premises with customer

Warranty

Warranty provided against factory fault only

The Customer shall be responsible for ensuring that all and any instructions, recommended uses, applications and installation methods are followed and any cautions and/or warnings observed.

Where any recommendation or advice has been given by or on behalf of Duramax Batteries, Duramax Batteries will not be responsible for the actual implementation of the recommendation or the advice or the actions or performance of any other party.

No goods will be accepted for return by Duramax Batteries without prior approval. Duramax Batteries may at its sole discretion replace goods which are subject of a claim and by doing so, shall not be deemed to have accepted liability.

Duramax Batteries cannot be held liable if it is unable to carry out its obligations under these Terms of Trade if it is due to a cause reasonably beyond its control. Without limiting this clause, such an event shall include the inability of Duramax Batteries to supply goods due to unavailability.

Possible causes of battery failure that are not the result of faulty manufacture:

Incorrect or incorrectly specified battery type fitted to car
Charging system problem over-charging or under-charging battery. Repeated deep discharge and recharge cycles (except deep cycle or dual purpose batteries)
Prolonged storage of the car or very minimal use.
Electrical discharge drain (short, excessive loads)
Any battery modifications such as acid additives, lead terminal changes, or any other contaminates.
Damage to the battery caused by the consumer or other in-car fault, include dropping battery or spilling acid out. Adding spilled acid to the battery voids warranty
